LBEC is a small council of private and public sector employers that sponsor low cost educational seminars for employers; act as a sounding board for proposed and ongoing legislation, policies, programs and procedures which affect employers and employment and training programs; obtain employer support for Employment Department and partner agency programs; and help with other local community needs and challenges
LBEC annually provides a $1000.00 scholarship to a student at Linn Benton Community College
